Anutef - The City of Communication[edit]

The Arcane Whispers: Aetherial Relays[edit]

In this design, the Whispering Arch and the Songstone Amphitheater are transformed into separate but interconnected artifacts, known as the Arcane Whispers: Aetherial Relays. These relays use mystical energies to establish a communication link between two distant locations. Each location is equipped with its own Whispering Arch and Songstone Amphitheater. The Whispering Arch at each site resembles a smaller version of the original arch, adorned with intricate carvings and symbols of communication.

Between the arches, a series of magical conduits called Aetherial Relays are installed. These relays consist of resonant crystals and arcane mechanisms that capture and transmit vocal vibrations across great distances. The relays are connected by ethereal conduits of energy, invisible to the naked eye.

When a message is spoken or sung into the Whispering Arch of one location, the sound waves are converted into ethereal energy by the Aetherial Relay. This energy is then channeled through the conduit, carrying the message to the corresponding Aetherial Relay at the other location.

Upon reaching the destination, the ethereal energy is converted back into sound waves and projected through the Songstone Amphitheater, amplifying the message for the audience present at that location.

Sarseian messengers or individuals wishing to communicate between the two locations can utilize the Whispering Arch at their respective sites. Their words will be transformed into ethereal energy, travel through the Aetherial Relay conduits, and manifest as audible messages at the corresponding Songstone Amphitheater.

This system allows for efficient and secure communication between the two locations, even if they are physically separated by vast distances. It serves as a testament to the Sarseian's mastery of magic and their ingenuity in creating mystical artifacts that transcend physical barriers.
